Sign-up for a Library Card!
Having a FLCPL library card provides you with so many opportunities, both online and in the library!
After you read the instructions below, fill out our online registration form and visit the library to pick-up your Fayetteville-Lincoln County Public Library Card! To receive your library card, you MUST show proof of residency within Lincoln County.
Resident
A FLCPL library card is issued FREE to all Fayetteville and Lincoln County residents. Your library card is valid for checking out materials within the library as well as through our Libby app for e-books, audiobooks, and other digital materials!
A government-issued photo ID, with the correct name and address, is required to register for a library card. This may include a driver's license, passport, student school card, or etc.
Should a patron possess an out-of-area driver's license, a piece of mail such as a lease, utility bill, lease agreement, check slip, or etc may be used to verify residency.
Non-Resident
Patrons residing outside of the Fayetteville and Lincoln County area may apply for a non-resident library card for a $20.00 annual fee. A government-issed photo ID with correct name and address is required.
